Customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is in stock, your order will be processed right away. However, since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock as soon as possible. Do to the nature of our business, an order can take from two to six weeks for delivery.
Designated methods of shipment do not change the length of time it takes us to process your order and prepare it to ship from our warehouse. It only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
We currently only ships orders to the billing address of the credit card do to the high level of credit card fraud in this industry.
Please make sure that the address you enter matches the address on your credit card statement, or the order could be refused.
